The Service

In House Casting acts as a platform that provides an advertising service in the entertainment industry between directors, producers, casting agents, choreographers and other prospective employers in the industry ('third party advertisers') and actors, entertainers and other persons in or aspiring to the entertainment industry.

The following terms and conditions apply to the use of In House Casting services and/or the use of the website www.inhousecasting.com.

Membership

Any actor or other person in or aspiring to the entertainment industry may apply to be registered as a member of In House Casting under and subject to these terms and conditions.

An actor or other person accepted for membership by In House Casting ('the prospective member') will be notified by In House Casting of their acceptance of membership within 48 hours of In House Casting receiving their application.

Upon receipt of that application by In House Casting the prospective member will become a registered member of In House Casting.

In House Casting is not bound to provide any reason for refusing membership.

Membership Benefits

In House Casting will actively seek 'third party advertisers' advertisements for listing castings and auditions ('advertisements') and publish them on the In House Casting website.

Registered members may reply to advertisements direct to the third party advertiser or according to the third party advertiser's stipulations.

Registered members may also apply for castings/auditions via In House Casting and all of such a member's information and contact details will be forwarded to the third party advertiser(s) deemed relevant by In House Casting.

Registered members' profiles and photos will be made public and registered members hereby agree that any person may contact them through the website by way of such profiles and photos.

Age Restrictions

In House Casting Ltd is intended for use of persons aged 16 or over. We accept no responsibility for any minors who may use the service and/or access the In House Casting website.

Subscriptions

Registered 'Premium Members' will pay a subscription charge (‘subscription') of £9.99 per month, £24.99 per quarter or £69.99 per annum for the service. Subscription charges will continue to be debited until the member terminates their 'Premium Subscription'.

Subscriptions for the service will be paid by credit/debit card only. All subscriptions can be made via PayPal on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis.

Subscription Changes

In House Casting reserves the right to increase or introduce new rates of member/advertiser subscriptions at any time.

Termination of Subscription

A registered 'Premium Member' may terminate his/her subscription at any time via email to info@inhousecasting.com

The member’s subscription will be terminated at the end of the period for which has been paid, with no additional fees payable to In House Casting Ltd.

Breach of Contract

In House Casting reserves the right to remove any part of or all inappropriate advertisements, listings, profiles, photographs or information which may be deemed offensive. Furthermore, In House Casting may issue a warning, suspend or terminate any registered member's subscription where we believe our terms and conditions have been breached.

Should In House Casting find it appropriate to terminate a member's subscription under breach of contract, the member shall not be entitled to a refund of any subscription already paid.

Site Access

While In House Casting aims to remain online permanently, access to our website may be interrupted, restricted or delayed from time to time. Under such circumstances, we shall not be liable for any damages or costs incurred.

Changes to Our Terms and Conditions

In House Casting's terms and conditions may be subject to change from time to time, and any such changes will become effective immediately upon posting of an amended terms and conditions to the In House Casting website. Every registered member is responsible for ensuring s/he remains up-to-date with In House Casting's current terms and conditions.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual property within the content of this website is the property of In House Casting Ltd. No person may copy, download, reproduce, republish, broadcast or transmit in any manner whatsoever any material on the website save as is strictly necessary for personal non-commercial and home use.

Liability and Indemnity

This service is provided in good faith by In House Casting Ltd. No liability can be accepted for any personal or other damage, loss or expense as a result of using this service. Any person using this service agrees that in no circumstances shall In House Casting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of business or profits or any other financial loss, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this service, under any law or on any basis whatsoever whether contractual or otherwise. In House Casting is not responsible for the content of any opportunity or advertisement, and makes no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding their accuracy or reliability.

In House Casting shall not be liable under any circumstances for the actions of any third party advertiser who may be featured in our service.

In House Casting shall not be held liable, nor accept responsibility for any copyright issues which may arise through usage of its services.

Any person using the service provided by In House Casting agrees to release, indemnify and keep indemnified In House Casting from and against all actions, claims, costs (including legal costs and expenses) losses, proceedings, damages, liabilities, or demands suffered or incurred by In House Casting to any person arising out of or in connection with use of such service.
